Context
Bravexis sells AI automation services to mid-market businesses. Traffic was healthy, but the site was not turning interested visitors into leads. I worked as product designer and CRO strategist for five months, covering research, redesign, testing and the automation behind lead follow-up.
The problem
Conversion sat well below industry benchmarks. Visitors with real buying intent were landing on product pages that looked like every other AI vendor. The pages did not explain ROI, prove credibility or show what the automations could actually do, so the design was not closing.
Approach
- 01
Set up GA4 event tracking and Hotjar heatmaps on every high-traffic landing page
- 02
Found three main drop-off points: the hero, the pricing comparison and the integration showcase
- 03
Interviewed five mid-market operations managers, the core buyer profile
- 04
Rewrote the hero and page hierarchy to lead with ROI, backed by social proof
- 05
Designed a structured showcase so buyers could see the automations at work
- 06
Built a modular A/B testing framework with GA4 experiments
- 07
Set up n8n workflows to qualify leads and run follow-up sequences
Outcome
- →Conversion rate up from 2.1% to 5.8% in 90 days
- →Hero CTA click-through up 180%
- →Average session time up by 2.4 minutes
- →70% less manual outreach thanks to automated lead qualification
Reflection
“The analytics showed where people left. The interviews explained why. Operations managers did not care much about the AI itself. They wanted to know how many hours it would save and whether it would work with the tools they already use. Once the pages answered those two questions clearly, the numbers moved. Adding automated follow-up meant the new leads did not go cold.”
